Locals are Enthusiastic to Take advantage of One-day Service in Thousand Islands

Residents who live in Thousand Islands seem enthusiastic in proposing various permits and non-permits through a one-day service at the Panggang Island Urban Village office hall, North Thousand Islands today, Tuesday (11/10).

Thousand Islands PTSP Technical Unit Head Erwin expressed, until 10:30 AM, there had been 26 documents of renewing and making the police certificates of good conduct (SKCK), 2 documents of civil administration, 15 applications for business permit, 6 tax documents, as well as ship pass extension consultation and immigration.

"If the documents are complete, we can finish it this afternoon," he expressed, Tuesday (11/10).

He explained the service involved various regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and related public service agencies.

"It is held to welcome the Thousand Islands' 19th anniversary," he explained.

Before the service was held, his side had conducted socialization to the public thus they could complete the required documents.

"Applicants are also required to follow health protocols to prevent transmission of COVID-19," he stressed.

One of residents in RT 02/01, Anwar (25) admitted that he positively welcomed the service.

"I propose SKCK for the purposes of applying for a job. Thank you, this really gives convenience, time and expense efficiency," he admitted.
